Day 1 #nike #fuelband #basketball
So I just talked about the Adidas Recovery Calf Sleeves, now I’ll talk about the Recovery Arm Sleeves. So I’m gonna skip the banter and stuff and just get down to it since I’m somewhat gonna say the say the same stuff I did about the Calf Sleeves. I got these in a S/M and the squeeze tight and start working right away. I keep these on just as long as I do the Calf Sleeves, so 20 minutes. It has all the same benefits as the Calf Sleeves and also it’s only downside, it runs long. there really isn’t much else to say so just grab a pair and see for yourself.
By the way, I am planning to buy the Recovery Socks when I get the chance.
So I recently picked up the Adidas Recovery Calf Sleeves and have been using them not just after my Basketball workouts, but for all my workouts. First off a little basic user knowledge on these is that you just slip them on your calves whenever you are finished with your workout. Now the minimum time these should stay on is 20 minutes, but it’s really up to you to decide how long you feel you need to keep them on. So far I’ve never gone longer then 20 minutes no matter how intense the workout is. Now I can say that these were definitely one of my essentials since i bought them. I have L/XL sleeves and the fit tight, which is what they’re supposed to do. Immediately after slipping them on I can already feel my muscles cooling down and the soreness and pain get relieved. It’s an immediate help when you find yourself working out excessively, playing sports often like in a league, or just need muscle soreness relief. My only gripe about them is that the run long. I have the Adidas Techfit Calf Sleeves and that’s how I sized the Recovery sleeves. My Recovery sleeves fit great but the length runs from my the top of my knee to my ankle. Now that’s my only problem and that’s just cause it’s me and I’m Filipino. So I’m actually pretty short and got stubby legs for being 5’7. Also, the sizing is limited because they group the sizing according to S/M and L/XL. It’s a weakness because they aren’t going to be exact for most people I would assume. Seeing as how they are meant for recovery, as long as the do their job then I won’t complain too much about length. So all in all it’s a great product and definitely has no real downside to it besides running a bit long depending on your stature and build.
